Peaceful Minds Health Services LLC was founded in 2018 by Janee Spencer, LMSW with the purpose of addressing the escalating need for services to elderly population and individuals with specialized medical needs that require additional services to allow the individual to remain in the community. Part of this upsurge is due to Senior citizens living longer and “baby-boomers” are swiftly approaching their retirement years. The services provided by Peaceful Minds Health Services will enable people to be managed and monitored in their own homes and communities and reduce the costs associated with individuals relying on institutions.

Peaceful Minds Health Services will provide services to Individuals that require short-term assistance at home. Peaceful Minds Health Services believes that providing in the home quality care is more cost effective than care in hospitals/institutions. The services provided by Peaceful Minds Health Services seek to increase the quality of life for our patients who can remain in their own homes and decrease the burden on caregivers (family and/or friends who are providing direct care to someone) and assist patients with becoming self-sufficient.

Residential Services are defined as: an individual, partnership, firm, association, corporation, or other entity of any kind that is engaged in a nongovernmental business of employing or contracting with individuals to provide at least one RSA service for compensation to an unrelated sick or disabled individual in the residence of that individual; or (ii) An agency that employs or contracts with individuals directly for hire as RSA providers.
